Terms & Conditions – winphp Platform Rules for Players

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the winphp platform — including the website, game sections, account area, and any related services — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the platform. Continued use of the site following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading details — including name, date of birth, contact information, or payment details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

winphp requires identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process involves submitting a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document.

Acceptable documents include:

• Philippine Passport
• Driver's Licence
• PhilSys National ID
• SSS ID or UMID
• Voter's ID
• PRC ID

The submitted document must be valid (not expired) and clearly show your full legal name, date of birth, and photograph. Submit documents through the account verification section of your dashboard. winphp may request additional documents at any time if further verification is needed. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts with incomplete or pending verification.

All account transactions at winphp are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). There is no currency conversion applied to your deposits, bets, winnings, or withdrawals.

Accepted Deposit Methods

winphp accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment channels:

• Philippine online and mobile banking
• Direct bank transfer (PHP)
• Supported local e-wallets (such as GCash and Maya)

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for gaming deposits or withdrawals on the winphp platform.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet. The withdrawal destination must match the identity verified during KYC. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, along with current processing timeframes, are displayed in the cashier section of your account. winphp does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.

By placing a bet or participating in any game on the winphp platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, or eBingo — you acknowledge that all game outcomes are subject to the specific rules governing that game type.

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. winphp is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues on the player's side, including but not limited to internet disconnections, device failures, or browser incompatibilities.

Game Fairness

Slot games and other RNG-based games use certified random number generation. Live casino games use real dealers and physical game equipment broadcast via live stream. eBingo rooms use live draws. Outcome manipulation by the player is not possible, and no strategy, pattern, or betting system can influence results.

Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or incorrect display of odds or payouts, winphp reserves the right to void the affected bets. Any winnings resulting from an obvious error — including a clearly displayed payout amount that exceeds what would ordinarily be possible — may be withheld pending investigation.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
